- Built Contrib and VNOC from the ground up with founder Chad Folkening. Recruited and lead the Davao-based team that designs, builds and runs the network.
- Operate the platform behind a ~33,000-domain network: 5 Cloudflare accounts, AWS (RDS, SES, Lightsail), Vercel, and edge-worker site templates.
- Launched network-wide analytics (analytics.vnoc.com) that reconciles 761M+ pageviews and 49.5M unique visitors across 22K+ tracked domains into one source of truth.
- Run VentureBuilder's AI-agent economy: 7,450+ agent runs at an 86% completion rate, 20K+ deliverables, and 180K+ tokens settled to contributors.
- Deployed "Joe," an AI operator on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) that finds, builds and activates domain ventures by prompt, live for network admins.
- Traced a ~$21K/year AWS surcharge to aging database versions, removed unused instances and snapshots, and mapped each database to its app for the upgrade that removes the charge.
